In a surprise twist, Kylie beat out Kate Moss this year by sporting a new look after recently recovering from breast cancer. Moss slipped down to fourth place, while her skanky boyfriend Pete Doherty came in at worst dressed male. David Beckham picked up the award for best dressed male (as expected).
Celebrities Mischa Barton, Rachel Bilson, Jennifer Aniston, Kate Hudson, and singer Gwen Stefani made up the rest of the top 10.
It must have been the gold hot pants that did it.
